Dr. Harper's Care Philosphy
Practice established in 1982. We serve the Odessa/Midland area plus much of West Texas. My staff and I provide complete, quality exams for cataracts, glaucoma, foreign body removal, and eye infections. We also perform thorough, quality exams for glasses and contacts. We fit and provide the newest contact lens designs and materials. We strive to be sure that our patients understand any vision or eye health conditions. We provide Lasik refractive surgery consultation and follow-up.
Dr. Harper's Bio
Dr. Harper grew up in Andrews, Texas. He attended Texas Tech University and the University of Houston. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree at The University of Houston College of Optometry with an externship at Brook Army Medical Center in San Antonio. Dr. Harper has been practicing optometry in Odessa, Texas for over 30 years. He is licensed as a Therapeutic Optometrist and an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.
